Hey girls,
I've been getting feedback that parcels are not reaching their buyers within 3-4 days, some of them extend to about 1 week, and I recently had a buyer who only received her parcel after 1.5 weeks. I'm not sure what's going on over at Singpost, especially for normal mail, I can only tell you the day that I've mailed it out, if it gets lost then I will lodge a report with Singpost but there's pretty much nothing else I can do.
I'll try not to mail my parcels out at Jurong Point PO anymore, I'll try to mail it out at another branch but it's gonna be quite hard bcos Jurong Point is super near my place. I'll try to look around for another Post Office.
Am so super sorry, will feedback to the Jurong Point branch that this is happening with my parcels, especially the ones mailed last Saturday. :( Am really frustrated because I've been getting 3-4 emails daily telling me their items have not reached, and it's quite worrisome because it's not just ONE girl but THREE different girls everyday!
P.S I'm not displacing the blame, honest. You can choose to believe me or not -- whether I've indeed mailed the item out, but REALLY .. if I say I've mailed it out then I have!!
