Guys, am REALLY sorry! I did not manage to send out everything :( I fell sick in the middle of the day, had a really bad migraine so I had to go and rest. Just woke up, I don't know if I can make it for the photoshoot tmr but will see how I feel tmr morning. As of now, am feeling a little better. Those who bought weekend satchels, they will be mailed on Wednesday because I ran out of brown paper. I don't know if I will be able to launch the post tomorrow as well, cross your fingers that I'll be feeling better! Will be packing and verifying payments tonight. Stupid migraine!

POSTING SCHEDULE

Just thought I should let you know!
Will STILL be going to the Jurong Point PO, have got way too many parcels to mail out such that I can't venture very far away from my home. Gonna mail the parcels before 5pm, in the morning-early afternoon. Will try to stick to mailing parcels out before 5pm this week, hopefully that will help! If this week Singpost still fails me, then I have to find a new post office for myself!

Posting schedule,
Monday - Posting the stuff frm the Thursday launch
Tuesday - Posting the Slouchy Ts!
Wednesday - Will not be going to the PO, will be invoicing and verifying payments for Tuesday's launch
And Thursday and Friday will be a mix of everything.

Will be opening up a backorder for the Slouchy Ts due to popular response! Have to jet off to invoice now. Please let me know what stuff you want to see in May! Might be taking a short break at the end of April to go and source for stuff, so tell me now before I go, so I know what to keep in mind!

REGARDING SLOW POST RECENTLY ..

Hey girls,

I've been getting feedback that parcels are not reaching their buyers within 3-4 days, some of them extend to about 1 week, and I recently had a buyer who only received her parcel after 1.5 weeks. I'm not sure what's going on over at Singpost, especially for normal mail, I can only tell you the day that I've mailed it out, if it gets lost then I will lodge a report with Singpost but there's pretty much nothing else I can do.

I'll try not to mail my parcels out at Jurong Point PO anymore, I'll try to mail it out at another branch but it's gonna be quite hard bcos Jurong Point is super near my place. I'll try to look around for another Post Office.

Am so super sorry, will feedback to the Jurong Point branch that this is happening with my parcels, especially the ones mailed last Saturday. :( Am really frustrated because I've been getting 3-4 emails daily telling me their items have not reached, and it's quite worrisome because it's not just ONE girl but THREE different girls everyday!

P.S I'm not displacing the blame, honest. You can choose to believe me or not -- whether I've indeed mailed the item out, but REALLY .. if I say I've mailed it out then I have!!

Also, there are FORTY THREE one-of-a-kind vintage items to be put up soon. I forsee an entire day spent on photoshooting! But .. I can't wait! Gonna think up new ideas on how to shoot the post!

PHEW! Okay glad that's done and over with. These were the packages paid for from approximately Wednesday (and some before who didn't provide postal code) till Friday morning or so? Oh and plus the black uptown city totes backorders. Those who ordered JUST the black uptown city totes (be it normal or reg) they have been mailed out at Singpost today already at Jurong Point. Items will take approximately 3-7 working days to reach you! (I know the Jurong Point PO is freaking slow but it's the only one near my house!)

I will be going to the PO tomorrow as well (Sunday) to complete the mailing of the rest of the parcels, and Monday as well. The black studded totes + rest of the uptown city totes will be posted out within these two days as well!

The W.A.N.T parcels will be mailed out within these two days as well if you pay for them before the weekend is up! Am so sorry if I have not been able to reply your emails. Have been CRAZY busy with the parcels and with collecting stock. Will be going off to reply the emails now!
